You will lead a team of cleaning technicians, oversee their work, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning technicians to ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards.

• Provide guidance and support as needed.

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members to ensure they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Evaluate work performed by cleaning technicians to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.

• Coordinate with clients to address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns and ensure they are addressed promptly.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with management to order supplies as needed.

• Perform hands-on cleaning duties as necessary, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all team members follow proper safety procedures while performing their duties.

• Keep accurate records of work performed, including inventory logs, and client communication.

• Assist management in evaluating team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual - Spanish and English

• Previous experience in commercial (Janitorial and New Construction preferred) cleaning, with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

• High level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work as needed.

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities to include: Cleaning commercial properties (Janitorial/New Construction/Manufacturing/Office Buildings, and more) Services such as Janitorial office cleans, mid and post construction cleaning, make ready/move in, window cleaning and more. Sweeping, mopping, window cleaning (1 story and 2 story), hand wipe, vacuuming, sweep and mop.

Positions Available: Full time and Part time Weekdays Morning and Evening, Weekend Morning and Evening *Immediate Help Needed: Dallas (Office Clean) Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm–9pm Grand Prairie (Office Clean) M, W and Friday 5:30 -8:30
